1. What data is kept

• Identity: Name, mobile number, designation, employee code, organisation name.
• Attendance: The time and day of a punch, and whether it was in or out.
• Location: Latitude, longitude and accuracy at the moment of the punch. only at the moment of the punch — nobody is tracked through the day, and nothing is taken while the app or page is closed.
• Selfie: If the organisation turns it on, the photo taken with the punch.
• Device identity: A random number, so we can tell whether it is the same phone. Nothing inside the phone is read.
• Payroll: Salary rate, deductions, advances and account number — if you enter them.
• Documents: If you upload an image of an NID or appointment letter.

2. Why

Location and selfie are taken for one reason only — to verify that this person really punched from that place. They are used for nothing else.

3. Who can see it

Only managers of that organisation. An ordinary employee sees their own attendance, their own leave and their own payslip — nothing of a colleague’s. Nobody at one organisation can see anything of another. Our support staff enter your account only at your request, and that entry goes into the log.

4. For how long

For as long as your account is active. After you close it, at least 90 days, so you can download your data. If you ask for deletion it is deleted, though invoices and transaction records must be kept for legal reasons.

5. Who else receives it

The SMS gateway (just the name and number) and server hosting — beyond that it goes to nobody. We do not sell data. We do not give it to advertisers.

6. Your rights

You can see your data, have mistakes corrected, and download it. As an employee, your own record is on your own page (/me); corrections must be requested from a manager, because the attendance record is the employer’s register.
