Your staff’s names and mobile numbers — that is all. No machine to buy, nobody coming to install anything. Sit in the office, press “I am here now” once, and the office location is set too.

No. Staff punch in from the browser on their own phone. For those without a smartphone, attendance comes from a machine or a manager enters it by hand.

With the office fence set, a punch from outside is blocked and the distance in metres is recorded. On top of that: the selfie, the identity bound to the phone, and impossible travel between two punches — each caught separately.

A punch from a browser cannot detect a fake-GPS app or a rooted phone — the browser simply does not report it. There, verification is by distance, accuracy, speed and selfie. Full detection (mock-GPS, root, emulator) lives in the Android app, and that is not on the Play Store yet.

It is kept, never deleted — along with why it was rejected. The evidence of the attempt is exactly what you are looking for.

It starts with the full monthly salary, then absence and late deductions come off, then the advance instalment. The deduction rules are yours — how many minutes of grace, how many late days count as one absence, whether the month divides by 30 or by the calendar.

Salary already paid does not change. The payslip of a locked month is the truth — fixing an October punch in November leaves October’s pay intact. To really change it you must unlock, and then that month’s advance deduction is put back too.

Yes. There is a separate CSV for BEFTN upload — account number, 9-digit routing number, amount. Anyone with incomplete details stays in the file marked REVIEW; nobody is silently dropped.

No. The SMS gateway is not connected yet — messages are composed and queued, but not sent. Once a gateway is in place they will go out under the rules already set. This is not something to hide, so it is written here.

A ZKTeco or SenseFace can be connected. The machine pushes punches over the internet itself, with no separate computer. The old log stored on the machine can be pulled in too. There is no extra charge for this.

There is a PC app called Hazirkhata Desk that runs inside the office, pulls punches from the machine on the LAN, and reconciles with the cloud when the internet returns.

No. At the end of the month we count that month's staff and invoice. No credit card — bKash, Nagad or bank.

Nothing is deleted. You can download it as CSV — attendance, payroll, all of it.

On our servers, with each organisation’s data kept separate. No employee can edit their own attendance record — only a manager can correct it, and that correction goes into the log.

Only managers of that organisation. The photo opens from the punch log, and nobody at any other organisation can reach it.
